  • Great Canadian Bioblitz

    The CWF Great Canadian Bioblitz returns to provide nature enthusiasts with a fun and easy way to connect with nature — and take inventory of Canada’s wildlife species.

  • Monarch Blitz and Seed Drill Name Reveal

    The event will be an opportunity to join thousands of people from across Canada, the United States, and Mexico by participating in the 2026 International Monarch Monitoring Blitz! We’ll look for monarch butterflies and milkweed plants, examining them for eggs, caterpillars, and chrysalises. The Monarch Blitz data are uploaded and shared via the Trinational Monarch Knowledge Network to assist researchers in answering key questions about monarch butterflies and milkweed.

    Ausable Bayfield Conservation invites you to join us on the 1st Anniversary of the Dedication of the Vilis Family Wildlife Area to document as many species as we can! The Vilis Family Wildlife Area was donated by the Vilis Family.

  • Gibsons to the Creek: Coastal BioBlitz

    Become a citizen scientist! On Friday, June 5th, we are officially launching our month-long BioBlitz. We're asking everyone to use the free iNaturalist app to document and collect data on local marine and coastal species on the lower Sunshine Coast.
