Canadian Wildlife Federation and Lanark County Unveil New Native Seed Drill to Help Restore Monarch and Pollinator Habitat

On Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., the Canadian Wildlife Federation (CWF) and Lanark County invite media and members of the public to the Lanark County Municipal Office grounds for the unveiling of specialized native seeding equipment that will help restore pollinator habitat across Eastern Ontario, followed by a community Monarch Observation Blitz. The equipment was purchased with support from a grant from the provincial government’s Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF).
