Description
The event will be an opportunity to join thousands of people from across Canada, the United States, and Mexico by participating in the 2026 International Monarch Monitoring Blitz! We’ll look for monarch butterflies and milkweed plants, examining them for eggs, caterpillars, and chrysalises. The Monarch Blitz data are uploaded and shared via the Trinational Monarch Knowledge Network to assist researchers in answering key questions about monarch butterflies and milkweed.
At the event, we’ll reveal the winning name of the new seed drill, recognize the winner, and officially introduce the seed drill to the community.
