Tracy is from Charters Settlement, NB and is currently a Compensation Advisor with the Department of National Defence. He is a 20-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces achieving the rank of Captain.
Tracy is currently the 2nd Vice President at the New Brunswick Wildlife Federation.
