Sevn is an avid hunter and general outdoorsman. Originally from the North West Territories, he is Metis. Hunting and harvesting on the land is a significant part of his culture and his family's way of life.
Sevn began his career as a wildlife technician. He worked as a Senior Natural Resource Officer with the Yukon Government for eight years prior to changing careers. He joined the Yukon Fish and Game Association and began serving on the Board of Directors shortly after moving to the Yukon in 2011.
