Reid works with the Winnipeg school division and owns his own home renovation business. He enjoys anything that gets him outdoors and has volunteered on youth-mentored outdoor initiatives, tree planting initiatives, the 4-H Club, and the MWF habitat lands projects. He has two children, Brianna and Mitchell.
