A self-employed businessman, Charles is actively involved in the conservation community. He volunteers with the New Brunswick Salmon Counsel and the Mobile One soup kitchen. He has two sons, Maurice and Serge, and a daughter, Melanie and resides in Riverview, N.B. with his supportive wife of 30 years, Monique.
