A. I wait for a sunny day and wash my car in the driveway.

B. I let Mother Nature keep her looking sparkly! She does a pretty decent job too!

C. I can’t be bothered to clean my car myself. I just pop in to a car wash when she’s looking dusty.

a. How quaint – and awful for the environment. You might save a few pennies washing ol’ Betsy at home, but all the soap goes directly into the storm drain, which leads to our lakes and rivers. Instead, head to a car wash that filters and reuses waste water.

b. Well that’s efficient! That might work well in the summer, but in the winter your car can pick up salt from the road, so it’s probably a good idea to hit the car wash where waste water will be filtered and reused.
