William (Bill) Blackwell of Port Elgin, Ontario volunteers for the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters, Ducks Unlimited, as an instructor for Hunter Education, for Firearm Safety, for the Wild Turkey Program and Canada’s volunteer representative on the Board of Directors of International Hunter Education Association. On top of his many accomplishments Bill enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Rosemary, children Jeff & Patrick and grandchildren Logan & Chelsea.
