Wildlife is receiving yet another blow that they, quite frankly, don’t need. On top of dealing with plastics in our rivers, pesticides, habitat loss and so many other threats, Canada Post is on the brink of a possible strike. Ifthat happens, it will seriously disrupt the donations from caring people like you that keep our important conservation programs going.
And the timing couldn’t be worse. The bulk of our important field work is done during the spring, summer and fall; and donations from supporters are critical to ensuring this work continues for the sake of wild species and spaces.
Fortunately, you now have other ways to make a donation and keep these important projects underway. You can easily make your donation over the phone by calling 1.877.599.5777. Or you can donate online »
This would also be the perfect time to become a monthly donor. Monthly donations save time, money and resources, leaving more for wildlife conservation. Your regular commitment will enable CWF to plan for the future knowing that the support is there. And it certainly helps when unexpected postal strikes disrupt donations.
We need to come together in times like these. Please take this moment to donate. We’ve always known we could count on you.
